1. Travel Insurance

Our Tour participant are required to have travel Insurance in order to travel with us. The Steinbock African Safari company will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, Death, delay, inconvenience caused by the acts of other tourism service providers during the tour or by acts of God. Steinbock African Safaris will not be held responsible for any damages suffered as a result of using our products or services.

2. Cancellation Policies

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT- 40 % non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost will secure the booking for our tour participant. The non-refundable deposit should be fully paid 2 months before the tour begin and the total tour costs should be settled 30 days before the tour.

Cancellation percentages

Cancellation of a tour should be in writing and the guests will forfeit the following percentage when they cancel any tour.

• Cancellation within 30 days before the tour- 40 % will be forfeited
• Cancellation within 15 days before the tour- 75 % will be forfeited
• Cancellation within 10 days before the tour- 100% will be forfeited
• The participant will be notified if the company decide to cancel the tour for whatever reason and the participant will be refunded the full amount.

3. Age Policy

Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an Adult over the age of 21 and there is no age limit. We do accept travelers over the age of 60 years with a doctor’s note stating that they are fit to participate in overland tours.

4. Pricing

All the prices that we charge for all the tours are specified on our website and what the tours entails are all specified in all our tour itineraries. A single supplement charge is compulsory on all the tours. Tour prices are charged per person and they are subject to change.

5. Travel Documents

The clients are responsible to acquire all the documents required to travel to a certain country, for example visas, health certificates, passports and other mandatory documents.

7. Languages

All the tours will be conducted in English and German but the other languages could be accommodated on request.

8. PAYMENT

Please note that the payment of the tour can be paid into the company’s bank account which would be given to the guests on request. The parks and other entrance fees payment which is charged on selected Tours should be paid at the beginning of the tour

9. TRANSPORT

We use private cars with four to five seaters and Safari vehicles with five to six seaters.
